In this programme Hillcross Primary School staff visit a partner school to see how literacy is planned and delivered there, and to look at their special needs base.

Hillcross Primary School in the London Borough of Merton enhances the delivery of CPD across the school by sharing the skills and experience of its staff with colleagues in a cluster of other primary schools in the borough.

In return for the visit, staff from other schools in the borough visit Hillcross Primary School to find out how they organise the transition from reception to year 1, and the experienced SENCO gives advice to a recently appointed inclusion manager.
