In the last of this four-part, whole-school series, behaviour expert John Bayley proposes a practical solution that he believes will help improve the behaviour and attainment of a group of underachieving Year 10 girls.
John believes the Key Stage 4 girls should be given the means to evaluate lessons, to help them think about learning on a different plane.
But deputy head Jenny Gould has reservations about this plan, believing it could pose a threat to existing pupil-teacher relationships.
This pedagogy video also sees Bayley observe head of geography Jenna Peters, who clearly has the girls' unqualified respect.
