Primary Special Needs - Get Organised

Description

This programme explores the often chaotic world of Sue Pilfold, SENCO at Benfield Junior School in Portslade.

Sue has been SENCO at the school for the last six years and is responsible for a team of 10 TAs. With over 30 per cent of Benfield's pupils requiring special needs assistance, it's no surprise that she often finds herself drowning under a sea of paperwork.

Unfortunately there are no magical shortcuts to completing all those extra projects but there are certainly better ways to manage the time spent on multiple tasks.

Watch closely as time management expert John Seaman shows Sue the art of task juggling and organisation.
