Follow the building of a brand new secondary school, north of Bristol, from the bricks-and-mortar stage to the first day of term, in this whole-school video for headteachers.

The video follows headteacher Dave Baker over a six-month period as his team sets about creating a school from scratch, looking at everything from the hiring of staff to the formation of the first student council.
