In this programme, a small group of secondary governors are brought together to critically review SchoolsWorld programmes.
They are shown two different programmes on governor and other schooling issues, which they discuss under the guidance of Judy Burgess, head of Devon LEA Governor Services.
The first programme they view is on Restorative Justice, a behaviour management tool which is being implemented in schools.
The second programme looks at Self Evaluation, Ofsted's new self-evaluation process for schools and the implications it will have to the governor's role.
The programmes help spark lively debate and give an insight into how different schools might tackle the same issues.
