Farm Tech Challenge
The Farm Tech Challenge is a STEM-related challenge open to all UK students between 11 and 19 years old.
Students have the opportunity to put their science and computer skills to the test and come up with an invention using digital technology that could help farmers across the world produce more food while protecting the environment and ensuring the safety of people on the farm.
This is a great opportunity for students to gain experience in creating real-life innovations, whilst learning the skills and knowledge that are relevant to a range of STEM-related careers.
The full Teachers’ Toolkit and Students’ Guide are available to download here for free.
The Challenge deadline is Wednesday 23rd March 2016.
