Filmed in a scrapyard, this Key Stage 3 maths lesson idea raises quick-fire starter questions on: probability, ratio and proportion, rotational symmetry, square numbers and circles.
This classroom resource for geometry and measures, numbers, algebra and statistics is presented by maths adviser and performer Isaac Anoom. He poses a question for each topic, offering a pause point for teachers to hold a freeze frame on screen while secondary pupils discuss the question.
The video can then be run on to get further clues and pause points or final explanations, and is designed for teachers to use with a whiteboard.
