The panel have nearly 50 years experience in headship between them and in this film they pass on their interview tip for handling a reintegration interview with parents after a fixed-term exclusion of a student.

The panel consider their own experiences of speaking with parents and reflect on the key points for how the head can make the most of this opportunity.

The team consists of retired headteachers Alan Key and Colin Richardson, as well as Peter Laurence, a former head who is now development director at the Brigshaw Trust of eight schools.
