NQTs

Description

The London borough of Sutton shows how it has planned a comprehensive induction training programme for NQTs across the borough.

NQTs reflect on the value of the programme for their own CPD, while members of the training school consortium consider the value to the LA in retaining the NQTs that the programme trained.
