Time Savers presenter and deputy headteacher Jo Parry talks to an experienced teacher to share tips on dealing with problem parents at a primary school.

In conversation with Gill White, a Year 5 and 6 teacher at Shap Endowed Church of England Primary in Cumbria, Jo offers some good pratical advice.

Her tips include advice on handling demanding parents, maintaining a professional distance from them and staying in control of situations with angry parents.

Jo concludes with some of her own tips on how best to behave in difficult meetings with parents.
