Celebrity hairdresser, Michael Douglas, visits teaching assistant Brenda Mitchell, to give her a makeover and discuss her role as a TA.
Brenda is an experienced TA at Abbey Grange High School in Leeds and is the first in line to receive a haircut from hairdresser, Michael who wants to learn more about her role in the school.
Brenda discusses her route into the profession, and what her job involves on a day-to-day basis. She talks about the rewards and challenges as a TA.
