A 14-year-old boy tells his experience of name-calling and bullying, in this PSHE lesson and assembly starter for primary and secondary pupils.
He describes the emotionally exhausting and isolating experience of being continuously called names and ignored by his peers, which started at his primary school.
This short video can be used to begin discussions with pupils on issues including; how can excluding someone from a game be bullying, what would you do if you were ignored like this, and why is it so hurtful to be called names? What would you do if your friends were calling someone names?
