Persuasive Writing: Anti-Smoking

Description

In a Key Stage 2 literacy class, use the subject of smoking to inspire KS2 pupils' persuasive writing activities.

Three young people hand out leaflets and fliers to campaign for the NHS initiative 'Smokefree Camden' in north London. They also share their feelings about smoking.

This video can give primary pupils some ideas for writing persuasively to warn people of the dangers of smoking and convince them to stop.
