Storytelling: Aladdin

Description

Start a Key Stage 1 creative writing lesson with this short video telling the tale of Aladdin.

Using puppets, the two main characters, the Magician and Aladdin, are introduced. The story then reaches a dramatic point at which primary pupils can work out what might happen next.

Use this story to inspire a KS1 class and encourage children to develop their literacy skills by creating their own endings for the story - either orally or in writing.
