Reducing ISV - Leadership

Description

Four high-achieving secondary schools share their views on how leadership can be a key driver in reducing in-school variation (ISV).

The issue of in-school variation is widely acknowledged as being difficult to deal with. When schools do tackle it, the results are often dramatic.

South Dartmoor Community College, Eggar's School, Gordano School and Lawrence Sheriff School share their views on in-school variation and agree that it requires strong leadership to tackle the problem.
