Reducing ISV - Student Voice

Description

A look at how student voice can be used as a key driver for reducing in-school variation (ISV) at secondary level.

At Eggar's School, a group of Year 11s have been trained to observe lessons. The headteacher makes it clear that the students need to place on emphasis on the learning taking place and not criticising the teachers.

Students observe the art and design and technology departments, sharing their interesting findings with the head of each department.
