Behaviour expert John Bayley demonstrates different ways of encouraging positive behaviour to teaching assistant Toni Barrett.
Toni, who works at Chilton Trinity Technology College in Somerset, has a robust personality and enjoys the challenge of cover supervision.
However when things go wrong, she frequently lacks the behaviour management techniques to put them right.
John aims to help her improve her commands and shows her how to understand the appropriate level of pupil noise for different activities in lessons.
