Sexual Bullying

Meet two pioneers in the field of combating sexual bullying, who regularly visit schools and deliver workshops to secondary pupils highlighting ways of tackling the problem. This video supports the Every Child Matters agenda.

According to Shona Bruce from the Violence Against Women Partnership at Dunbartonshire Council, teenagers need to be made to question gender stereotypes. Shona advocates a whole-school approach to changing the culture of a school, to reinforce sex and relationship education.

The approach taken by Leonie Hodge from Teen Boundaries UK draws on her own experiences to deliver no-holds-barred, anti-sexual-bullying lessons to teenagers.
