Setting Targets

Description

In this episode we see how three different governing bodies work with the head to set targets for the future.

A headteacher discusses a new data resource, the Fischer Family Trust, and we see how his governing body has responded. Next, a caretaker governor from a Primary School in Tiverton, sets her sights on finding the money to repair a swimming pool and persuades the other governors to support her. Meanwhile, the chair of governors at Gay Elms, Bristol, describes how she uses a newly acquired parents' room.
