Two NQTs, at different stages of their development, have their lessons observed and their achievements assessed by their mentor.
Vicky and Caroline know that being observed can be nerve-wracking, especially in the first year of teaching when there is so much to learn and take on board.
During the programme both sides of observation are explored by dissecting the NQTs' lessons, and then seeing how what is learned can continue to be reflected in their practice.
