In this episode we highlight three resources designed to help secondary teachers' CPD.

Vivienne Porritt, head of CPD at the Institute of Education's London Centre for Leadership in Learning, recommends:

• Professional Learning Communities - a collection of booklets for structuring a PLC
• Peer Coaching - a system of coaching whereby colleagues co-coach each other
• Postcards from Research-Engaged School - a book of fifteen case studies
