In an age of school tests and fierce competition, Sir Al Aynsley-Green, the children's commissioner for England, seeks out schools that are managing to foster mental resilience among their pupils.
Travelling to Hertfordshire, Sir Al visits both Kings Langley School and The Wroxham Primary School, where he talks to headteachers and other staff about the various strategies used to help students cope with pressure.
