Helping Children Stay Healthy and Fit

Sir Al Aynsley-Green, the children's commissioner for England, visits schools in both County Durham and Doncaster as part of his search for best practice in safeguarding vulnerable children.

Woodham Community Technology College in County Durham, and Hexthorpe Primary School in Doncaster, have created innovative health and fitness programmes for their pupils. Sir Al meets with the teaching staff responsible and takes a look at their plans of action.
