Four headteachers make a series of visits to each other's schools to observe and question leadership styles and challenges.
The group formed during a three day residential meeting in 2006, as part of the National College for School Leadership's leadership programme for serving headteachers. Since the meeting, the group have got to know each other well.
Watch as they discuss how they can become better leaders. With feedback from their staff, they reflect on how well they have progressed during the year they have spent together.
