To see the progress schools are making by using new technology, a group of educational consultants, teachers and a government minister take a tour. Learn how ICT learning is benefiting schools in this whole-school video.
The Specialist Schools and Academies Trust organised the trip, with the group meeting pupils at a primary school in Birmingham who demonstrate impressive abilities in animation and basic film-making.
Djanogly, one of Europe's most futuristic academies meanwhile shows off the impressive collection of wireless technology it uses instead of interactive whiteboards.
As well as showing the group their new technology, teachers within the eight schools also discuss the dilemmas they faced in making these movements towards the new digital age and the positive effects it has had on curbing behavioural and social problems.
Educational consultants also discuss the need for more schools to embrace developments within technology.
