Description

At Ashton on Mersey School in Manchester, PE teacher Caroline Blakey is being coached as part of the school's routine professional development cycle.

In addition the coach, director of sport Aidan Moloney, is being coached on his technique by headteacher Vicky Beer.

Caroline, who is undertaking a new project at the school, also seeks advice from mentor Richard Middlebrook; watch as she successfully implements the guidance she's received.
