Most of the world's production of hand-stitched footballs comes from one town in Pakistan, and now with the introduction of fair trade the workers are reaping the benefits.
Six years ago 28-year-old entrepreneur, James Lloyd introduced the concept of fair trade to the football making industry. This small worldwide market share gives a 20 per cent premium back to the workers and has been used to improve wages, education and medical care.
