Science teachers Alex Gibbons and Laura Harris from Thomas Tallis School in south London discuss their video, Teacher Exchange, in which they swap roles with art teacher Kate Callighan.

In the video the three teachers work together to deliver the lessons and discuss how they coped in each other's classrooms. The pupils at Thomas Tallis also offer their views on the exchange.

The video is part of a unique showcase of videos made by teachers about their work in schools.

Presenter Xanthe Steen is joined in the studio by Alex, Laura and Kate and education consultant Adrienne Jones, to discuss the project. They talk about how the project challenged them to develop a more creative approach to delivering lessons and how this has had a long term impact on their teaching.
