In this programme, we follow three governors as they undertake a series of challenges designed to help them get to know their schools.

Governance expert Judy Burgess explains the importance of such familiarity as the governors learn how to cope with a number of key tasks.

As well as prioritizing the wealth of information available to them, the governors are provided with some top tips on how to organise an official visit and learn the best ways to get to know key members of staff.
